Instructions: Orient head in direction for Right/Left hand (Handle bump should be faced up). Place pea-sized portion of toothpaste on bristles. Brush teeth in circular motion away from gum. After (3) months, discard old head by pulling with a firm tug. Insert new head firmly into hole. Repeat process every 3 months. To sanitize toothbrush, simply swirl in glass of peroxide and wash. Caution: Do not clean in a dishwasher, micro-wave or oven. Not meant for small children.
